2-4 Recruiters (NW Houston)
SiliconCantera is eager to hire 2-4 new Recruiters who are looking to get a foot in the door of a new and rewarding career. The individuals who are chosen will be trained by fellow Recruiters who each have at least 10 years of experience in the recruiting business! This will be an extensive 90-Day training period that will give each Recruiter all of the tools to be successful.

Training:
Our new Recruiter Training Program is designed to train a small group of career minded individuals who are looking for a new career but may have little or no experience. The Recruiter Training Program will give you all of the tools to succeed and will include such topics as how to plan your day, build a database of Candidates, present a job opportunity, and maintain a healthy working relationship with a Candidate. Other topics will include goal setting, organization, and Market/Industry knowledge.
